November 11..

A year ago I married my best friend in the Bountiful temple.

It has been so fun reflecting back on this time in my life and all the fun memories that come with it.

I will never forget all the emotions and feelings from this day.
Coming out of the temple and seeing the look on every one's face, knowing that we were finally married was my favorite part of the day.
It's amazing all the work that goes into a wedding and all the worry and stress and when the day finally comes, none of the small details matter.
All that matters is the feelings and special things that happened between me and this cute boy.
Being married isn't something you can really describe in one word.
I think you have to experience it to understand what it's all about.
There are a couple of things I've learned in the last year.
Be happy. Smile. Laugh as often as possible. Make everything a positive situation.
Love everything. Love those around you. Love what happens in your life.
You can't be happy with your spouse until you are fully happy with yourself.
Put the Lord first. Ask for his help thru all your trials.

To me, the most important thing is to let the little things go.
Life is too short to worry about things that aren't worth it.
You never know when it's going to be your last day. I can't imagine being upset with Tyler over something silly and then having something happen to him. I wouldn't be able to live with myself.
It will probably take me the rest of my life to master all of these things.
Even thru all of the ups and downs, it has been the happiest year of my life.
I know it sounds cheesy, but I honestly can't imagine my life without Tyler in it.
He might not be perfect, but he's perfect for me.
It really is incredible how your love can grow so much every single day.
Here's to eternity :)

Our honeymoon in DISNEYLAND :)

After our reception, we drove down to Salt Lake to stay at the Anniversary Inn. It was so much fun! This hotel is the coolest place I've ever stayed! It looks like a little old fashioned house! I love it!! Its so cozy! Tyler was in charge of booking it so I didn't know which room we were going to stay in! When we were checking in they gave us they key and Tyler made me go first and guess which room we were staying in. I walked around and kept looking at all the rooms and ours was finally on the top floor. He picked the enchanted forest room for us! I was way excited about it because our bed was in a tree!! It was awesome! When we woke up they brought us the most yummy breakfast!! We shared a cinnamon roll and a huge croissant with ham and cheese in it!

I'm so glad we decided to go to Disneyland we ended up having a blast!! It was nice to go to a little warmer weather for a weekend! We left Thursday morning and arrived Thursday afternoon. Here are some pictures of us in the airport and on the plane.

We went to Disneyland a few hours while we got there and stayed til it closed at 10. We forgot to take our camera to the park that day. We ate at a different restaurant every night we were there. The first night we ate at the New Orleans cafe. It had pretty fancy food. I got the best chicken caesar salad I've ever had. Tyler had deep fried croissants with ham and cheese in them and powdered sugar on top. I thought it was a weird combination but they were very tasty! We also watched the parade that night.
Friday we went over in the afternoon again after we finally decided to wake up. We decided to start at California Adventure first. We first went on a ride similar to wild mouse at lagoon. We then went on Toy Story Midway Mania. We had never even heard about this ride. We saw the long line and decided to see if it was any good. It ended up being our very favorite ride. You wear 3D glasses and compete against the person next to you. Its kind of like a video game. You pull a little ball hooked to a string and you try and shoot targets! We were laughing so hard when it was over! I made Tyler go on California Screamin with me over and over! The first time we went on it I was relaxed but once it started going I was screaming my head off. I forgot how fast that ride goes! I love it! Tyler also made me go on Tower of Terror for my first time! I was TERRIFIED. I ended up liking it though!

Saturday we went over later in the afternoon again. It was so nice sleeping in every morning. We started at California Adventure again and went on our 2 favorite rides a few times. Then we headed back over to Disneyland. I loved that all of the parks were decorated for Christmas. The decorations were so cute!! We bought the cutest Christmas ornaments for our tree!

This is my favorite memory of the whole trip. Tyler was trying to talk me into going on Splash Mountain all day. I didn't want to because I knew I would be freezing. Tyler reassured me that I must not remember because Splash Mountain is not one of the rides you get soaked on. I hesitated but I finally agreed. Boy did we get a surprise. I sat in the very front. Everytime we would go down a little hill, the front of our boat would dip down and tons of water would come in. I kept looking back at Tyler and he just kept saying its okay just our shoes will get wet. The next time this happened, more water came in so my jeans got soaked. The last little hill we went down, our boat bounced really hard and our faces got sprayed so bad. I looked back at Tyler and he was wiping the water out of his eyes. Then he yelled you're not supposed to get this wet hahaha I was laughing so hard. Even though I was upset about being wet, it was so funny. This is us after Splash mountain.

Tyler's favorite ride in Disneyland was Pirates of the Carribean. Here we are in front of it.

Sunday we didn't have tickets to Disneyland or anything so we just went to all the little shops over next to Disneyland. We sat down for a little bit next to this fountain. All of a sudden it started shooting up about 15 feet in the air. Tyler didn't see it the first time it went off. It got the area around it completely soaked. A couple minutes later it started randomly going off again and got all these people wet! We were laughing so hard it was very entertaining. Disneyland was the perfect little get away for us! We loved it!
